I know what you are thinking...."why in the world are the kids on the porch looking like they are ready to get on the school bus when you are homeschooling?" We just wanted to make the day special so that we could document her first day of kindergarten. So far she is doing great! We are loving it.

Kudos to you! I'm sure she'll love that special time with you. I've thought a lot about homeschooling. We decided to give public school a try because we happen to live 2 blocks from the best elementary school in the district. So far he really loves it and is coming home having learned something and has been earning green stickers (good behavior) every day! He's really proud of himself. And next week I'll be starting a co-op preschool with some friends for Timmy and other 3 and 4 year olds. He's super-excited!
