turtlemania
We had an unexpected surprise after Mass when we got home to find a turtle in our driveway! Dominic was thrilled since his favorite animals are turtles and kitties. The second picture is Dominic telling the turtle to eat his belly button. hmmmm not sure how he came up with that one.

Oh look another year of being 29
I know what you are thinking, you thought I got my hair cut.....but in honor of my birthday it just happened to "look" long again. Being 29 does that.

School bus fun
Whether it was the smell of vinyl and lunch boxes or the sheer fun of not being buckled into her car seat, Isabella really enjoyed her first ride on the school bus. (Family fun fest had a school bus for all the preschoolers to ride on.)

My balloon needs a bath too mom!
Dominic refused to let go of his balloon (from his cousin Trista's 3rd bday party) even during bath time. He actually kept hold of it until he was ready for bed.

Secret meeting of TBA
We busted this gathering after we heard doors slamming shut and giggles spilling out from within. When we opened the door and peered in we found out about the underground organization of the TBA: tooth brushing anonymous, (meetings are held for those who secretly want clean teeth but don't want their parents to know about it.)

Worlds largest rocking chair
Little Dominic was bobbed to sleep in the gentle rocking of the wave pool. He was so tired and the movement of the water lulled him down for a nap. What a great way to fall asleep.

Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies
Dominic led this dancing duo. I just came into the living room and found them both doing exactly what you see here. If you are wondering if they are mimicking something that
they are watching.....they aren't, Dominic just came up with this on his own and she decided to follow along. What a kid! I was just amazed that I caught it on tape. Don't be surprised if this becomes the latest dance craze.

We celebrated Dominic's patron saint by making a white cake with a rosary on it. The kids had lots of fun making the rosary and eating it too.

Dominic proves that his mouth CAN fit the whole hamburger cookie in his mouth however ...the chewing process was somewhat of a long and messy one.
